No idea why, but AS SOON as I plug in a cat5 cable from my router (which is connected cat5 to the modem) my computer shuts off. I've tried different cables and get the same results. Also, if I already have the cable plugged in before startup, the computer turns on for 2 seconds, then shuts back off. I have no idea why this is doing it. Never had trouble before since it was ran wirelessly off my folk's main pc.
