150 F is 65.5 C...that's very high if that's a idle temp. You might want to check if the CPU heatsink is installed properly. You might even want to remove the heatsink and see if you have too much thermal compound between the heatsink and the CPU. Too much thermal compound prevents the two surfaces from making physical contact...you must have actual contact between the two surfaces for thermal transfer to occur.
The MB temp is fine.
