Before you buy anything else, just hook up the Antec PSU to the motherboard and don't install anything into the motherboard except the CPU and heatsink and the PC case speaker so you can hear any beeps. Power on the motherboard by touching the PWR ON pins of the front panel header (where the power button was connected to). You should hear lots of BIOS beeps from the speaker indicating no RAM or video card. If you do hear beeps then the motherboard and CPU
may be okay. If you don't hear anything from the speaker then it's a good possibility that the motherboard got fried.
