That's a PCMCIA or ExpressCard slot. I'm talking about a Mini-PCI or PCI-E slot.

Depends on the design of the laptop. On mine, you have to take off the keyboard and palmrest, but on some Dells the Mini-PCI slot is under a convenient door on the bottom, similar to a memory door. The antenna wires can then be hooked up to the card if they're not already.
