I will assume the WBR-2310 has an internal IP address of 192.168.0.1. Connect the modem to it and uplink it to your switch. Connect all company machines to the switch. Go into the router's admin and set wireless security, this will be wireless for company use. Run another cable from the WBR to your second router, connect it to the Internet/WAN port. Connect a laptop to it with a cable and log into it. Set it to obtain IP address automatically (DHCP) and change its internal IP address to 192.168.1.1. Activate the wireless and leave it unsecured. This will allow anyone in range to use the Internet but will not let them into your network. If you want to secure the second wi-fi, you can, but you will have to give your customers the WEP/WPA key.
