My HP6L needed the separation pad replaced (common on laser printers) and I ordered the Sep Pad kit for $29.95 which included an installation video. In fact, all their repair kits include step-by-step videos. Shipping was reasonable and service was very fast. The video was invaluable as there was NO WAY I could of installed the sep pad kit without it. Give 'em a try next time you have a problem as I'm very satisfied.
