I have never had a problem with Sony's customer support, probably because I have never had a problem with a Sony product. We have an old Sony 21" tv (10 years), a digital camera (2 years), a Walkman (3 years) and a 55" rear projection (<1 year). As well as a few ps1 and ps2 consoles. All working fine, as such I haven't yet experienced the poor customer service everyone seems to be getting.
