But that is the point.. this is ONE case of he said, she said... is there even any validation to this claim? I myself believe I have been treated (issue of topic here) quite well as my products perform as expected with no problems. Now if one can show me multiple instances of say warranty being voided for dust, then yes, I think we have an issue with performance and treatment.
