I would like to know if there is software that would monitor my DSL connection. While playing games online, I seem to get disconnected from the games server frequently. Or get messages that "there is a problem with your connection". If I could record the amount of "glitches" my service has, I have a good chance of getting credit or getting out of my contract and changing to cable.
