I'm not quite sure how to use it to record off the interent, but it will handle recording
and editing sound files without limitations.
If you can get Audacity to record internet radio, please post back
here and explain how you did it. Thanks!

This is the software I tried before and which messsed up my settings for other programs and had compatibility issues with other software - and why I want something simpler with no editing functions, etc.
It does allow you to record off the net if you change the audio settings in the application and un-mute the right one in Windows audio settings.
