Get the MP3 Pro plugin if quality is an issue -- better quality and a smaller file than a comparable WMA file and you can include ID tags. Otherwise, just encode using the MP3 file extension -- more people can use it for heaven's sake. What are you going to do if someone browses your web site using a Mac or Linux box and they don't have those plugins? I don't think the Mac can even play WMA files at all.
