I have ran ccleaner, tune-up utilities, and registry mechanic whic I have never had a problem from any of the 3. Pam, I am always playing around with new programs trying them out but I always only download them from Cnet or another safe site. I will check my settings next but I have ran out of spare time to do it as I have to leave for work and will be gone several days. I will be back at the forum when I return to look for more answers.
