If you can see the drivers in add/remove programs, then uninstall them from there.

Most likely, you'll have to get to the device manager, and expand where it says sound controllers.

Right click on the onboard sound, and choose uninstall. Then I when you reboot, go into bios, and disable the onboard sound.
