Hello and welcome to PC-Mech.

If I got you right you want to connect with 128K and still be able to use your phone. I may be wrong here but I believe this isn't possible.
With ISDN you get 2 different lines and a transfer rate of 64K. To use 128K means that both ISDN lines are used for the internet and so there is no free line for the phone.
