Here:

I have a 590 SLi Mobo too. It runs in @ 49c (Stock Northbridge Cooling is atrotious)
I have a 5600+ @ 2.8 GHz. It runs @ about 37c.
I also have an 8800 GTS and it's running @ 60c
My BIOS Case temp is 40c, while my Sensor says 28c. (The sensor is very acurate, it said my room was 20.9c)

btw: speedfan happens to pull temps from a magic hat. It only really works with nForce 4 motherboards.
