If you are just looking to transfer data, then just boot to Windows and use Explorer to cut and paste what you want to save. If you are looking to save certain programs, you may be in for a lot of work as Windows programs install some of the program into the installation directory, then some into the C:\WINDOWS and C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory and possibly other directories. There are also registry entries to deal with. You may be better off to clone the whole drive, then uninstall whatever you don't want, or, start with a clean drive and install only what you do want.
