Just assemble the core components outside the case. If it still doesn't give you a post, then one of those components is bad.
EDIT: It looks like you have onbaord video. Try using just that while doing the out of case build. Plug the monitor cable into that first, and also try selecting input on the monior. Might need to changed from digital to analog, or the other way around.

you mean by using a vga cable from the io panel to the monitor w/o the radeon card that came with the mobo?
ill try that.
ok ill take everything out of the case, connect the mobo, processor, 1 RAM stick, and power supply, then ill hook it up to the monitor...shouldnt be too hard.
