internal and external networks

The Computers in your Network make up an internal network and the internet will be external network.

Each computer in a network has a unique IP address and if you have a router, those computers will be connected to that router and the WAN port of that router will be connected to internet. The IP address on the WAN interface of the router is called "Public IP"
and the IP address in the internal interface of the router is called "Private IP".

If you are trying to access the network of your computers from internet ,than you cannot because you cannot access the "Private IP" from internet but you can access the "Public IP"
from your network or from Internet.

Please note that your computer only has 1 unique IP address not 2.

I hope this helps, if you still have questions please donot hesitate to ask.
