Thats a simple question with a complex answer. It depends on why you want watercooling and how much you are willing to spend. If you want a quieter computer and are willing to spend the money then go for it. If you want a computer that is not all that much faster than a computer with aftermarket air cooling then great. Personally, I wanted both and was willing to spend the money to do it.

Whether or not you are going to be happy with your watercooling depends on how careful you are and how much you are willing to spend. The cheapest kits are basically junk that will only serve to frustrate you and put your hardware at risk. I would say overall that if you are willing to spend the money for quality and are willing to accept that watercooling will not get you all that much more clock speed than the noisier aftermarket air cooled heatsinks then go with watercooling. Keep in mind also that overclocking and aftermarket cooling invalidates most warranties.
