It looks like you have the vcore set way higher then it should be.
Do you have vdroop or vdrop? If so, how bad is it?
How long have you ran oprthos at those settings?
Also, not sure about how acurate fanspeed is with temps. Check out coretemp:

Have you adjusted any other voltages in bios?
