mATX really isn't a problem for most people. The only real loss is a few PCI slots but with onboard sound/LAN, most people don't need as many as most ATX boards have.

That being said, Asrocks are 'ok' at best. You might look into a better brand. The Asus M3A is popular for AMD setups.
