My GUESS is that the two admin programs are competing for control of the Network printer IP address. If you uninstall the Lexmark JetAdmin, the HP JetAdmin should be able to handle any Lexmark printers already on the network as well as the HP. This is ASSUMING that said printers are stand alone with their own data ports and connected to the network as opposed to being attached to a workstation.
