If you were to OC your rig, you'd probably need to invest some ## in cooling supplies. IMHO, your hard earned $$ would be better spent on new hardware (MB/CPU/MEM) It may be a tough pill to swallow, but if you even get a low-end AM2 proc with an AM2/AM2+ MB, and memory (fairly inexpensive) you can upgrade in the future (better proc) for a lot less than buying top of the line equipment today.
