Are all clients set to obtain IP address automatically? Is the modem plugged into the correct port?

Do a hard reset on the Linksys to return it to factory defaults. You do this by unplugging the power, hold the reset button in, keep holding the button, power it up and wait 30 seconds before releasing the button. This will force the default 50 DHCP.

When you get it working, I would highly recommend you change your SSID and apply some wireless security.
