I would follow my rules of engagement, which usually don’t include murder. I would hope he is captured and executed but only after he has been fairly tried in a US court, as a criminal, where an unassailable record of the evidence can be laid out. Then ten to twelve years in an isolated cell on death row with a TV so he can watch the destruction of his organization and the decline of radical Islam before he is “put to sleep”.
