thanks for the info, there are 4-5 icons on the deak top, everything from install Fios to e-mail and help. I'll do a restore program and then uninstall the programs and see if that sppeds up thing. Thanks again for the help. I did tell the tech who set this up to use IE for broswer. I'll let you know how things go. Come to thing of this, the tech said it would be better to us outlook for e-mail. Is it hard to set up, and do most users us this program?
