Well, gave it a try. Deleted the Icons into a file and copied it and the verizon file to dvd just in case. Went in and tried to delete program and got " Cannot delete, MccitrayApp.exe Access denied". So at this point looks like I'm stuck with it. I contacted Verizon and all the did was give me some test to make sure the equipment was working ok. Got any idea's?
