GLC, Got R Done! It took me a better part of 1hr to uninstall 3 programs from Verizon. Had a couple of lock ups during the processes, but got it completed. Restarted and checked getting on line worked well and then shut down only took 20 to 30 sec and done. Thanks for your help, it makes it easier to do get things done with help from you and the other members of the forum.
