I'd go with SEAGATE Drives.
Unless you are planning on being in some benchmarking competitions, you won't see abit of difference between a 4870x2 and a 4870, and you'll still have an ultimately vivid display on that new SAMSUNG.
You can take some of the money you've saved video card-wise and go ahead and get an E8600.
That's what I'd do.
Of course, there is no substitute for PC POWER & COOLING.
Good move there.
