Okay well, after coming to the conclusion that I do not have the time and probably not the skill to build the computer myself, I've turned to a computer store, and luckily for me the store I found has had lower prices than most of the sites that offer these products. Now the only problem is that they do not have some of the parts I had initially wanted, and today I went in and the guy gave me a rundown of the computer and reccommended new parts to me aside from the ones that I had wanted but they didn't have. I would like to make sure these parts are okay, and if anyone could find any better ones, and possibly cheaper, that'd be great.

Here's what I am at so far that I am unsure about:

Motherboard: ASUS® P5Q S775 INT P45/ICH10R ATX 1PCIE X16,4D.DDR2-1200MHZ 1600 /1333FSB,SATA RAID0 1394 GBLAN

And it turns out that the monitor I wanted (Samsung 2443BW-HAS 24IN), they do not have at their store. So could somebody reccomend me a similar one to it if possible?

And finally, I am actually going to be needing a new mouse and speakers. I'd like a mouse for gaming but nothing too fancy and expensive, probably below $30 or so? And speakers again don't need to be anything really fancy, prefferably below $45.
