What's sad is that you have to in this day and age. I flat out got laughed at when I explained my problem to one of the tech support people over the phone. They told me it was a Microsoft Live ID issue, and wasn't their problem. I really wish Bill Gates could call his company's own tech support and see what a mess the situation is.

He offered to replenish any Microsoft points I had lost, but I've never given Microsoft that much of money. I did lose all the achievements and free game add-ons that I had downloaded though. That kind of made me angry.
