After scouring the web I found this site
http://www.mysuperpc.com/computer_upgrade.shtml and it had the necessary command prompt ("runme"). Now isn't it a bit funny that this wasn't included in Abits own flash info??? At any rate, the KT7a/Raid flashed just fine. Thanks!
