You may also want to give
Motherboard Monitor a shot, if you're not sure what temp your cpu is running at. The Bios temp should be the most accurate, but it's a little interesting that it changed so much after flashing the bios. Motherboard monitor runs in windows and reports your cpu temp. It generally is pretty accurate as well. HTH
