short answer: YES
there are some softwares that allow you to just do that.
a program called "BETWIN" from thinsoft comes to mind.
EDIT---- BUT, I dont know if you can run the same program at the same time...there maybe hardware/share conflicts.
BTW, this is where UNIX, or UNIX-clone like LINUX/BSD386 comes handy in this situation; no need for third party software....hmmmmmmmmm, by default UNIX allows multiple users to use the same machine at the time.( Time slicing) [ just my random thought, hehe]
