I would use the freeware IsoBuster 1.5 (http://www.dvhardware.net/software/58). At least the part of IsoBuster you need is free. Extract the mpeg file from the mepgavi folder. Once the mpg file is extracted, use Nero Vision 4 to make a DVD. Also, you can use the freeware DVD Fick to convert. DVD Flick might be easier to use.
