sorry for long time to reply, i had actuly fixed it buy reseting bios, but i have just restarted my pc and its back again :/ my psu is "arctic power 700w"
2gb ocz ram
3.2 pent d duel core
gf-7050v-m7 mobo
the cd drive wasent unplugged / plugged in while power was on
please help =]
