ok i have a Sony Handycam HC-52.
My computer wont detect it.
firewire on mobo is working and my bois is updated.
bought a firewire card still didnt work & tryed on 2 pc and still wont work
went to sony website and my model doesnt support XP SP3 it supports all vista and XP SP2 only.
so i installed vista and still wont work so formatted pc and SP2 still wont work?
on handycam when it says Dv in that meansits detected....so when i try to use movie maker & sony vegas it says no video detected.
i restalled/installed drivers for FW...i tryed like 4 diff things..im to the point on just giving up....
handycam is 4 months old... firewire cable ILink is new...PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
