David, the Acronis Forum thread suggests that Error 1364 is related
to authentication/passwords. I've seen this issue before with other
software that utlizes the Windows Task Sheduler to perfom a task.
Try adding a password to your Windows User account and try
setting up Acronis again to image your C: drive to the external
drive.
