When I go into disk management, the 'Delete Partition' selection is grayed out. 'Mark Partition as Active' is also unavailable....

EDIT: I just tried this http://www.ntfs.com/quest22.htm which did make make NTFS available but when I try it, it says 'Windows was unable to complete the format.' Selecting FAT32 afterwards allows a complete format. I'll try it on another system....
