3rd-party firewalls usually show a list of running apps and how much bandwidth they're using.
If you're using the windows firewall, try looking at something like netlimiter to monitor bandwidth.
Also, it may be a good idea to run a speedtest to make sure you're actually getting that 20mb. http://www.speedtest.net/ |
