I did some more exploration...

M PSU is an Sli one, so it comes with two 6 pin pci-e plugs... Neither of them work.

My older 6800gt came with a cord that turns two regular 4 pin plugs into a 6pin plug, i tried that and it also did not work..

Also,i can ALT+TABto desktop fine, and it unfreezes, I can Ctrl+Alt+Del fine
Only game/picture loading is effected, nothing else...

Would this make you think its the power supply, or the GPU?

I finally found some1 who can swap hardware with me for troubleshooting, so i will see how that goes.

EDIT:
Went to my uncles, he has the EXACT same video card. 7900 gt ko.
I swapped mine out and put his in, worked flawlessly. Now i just gotta pick anew GPU.
