Osama Bin Laden wouldn't allow himself to be captured alive and he would probably take some service men and women with him so it wouldn't be murder it would be self defense. I don't know if I would want to take him prisoner because of the amount of people in the United States that think we are wrong in what we are doing and the way the justice system works sometimes all it would take is a good defense lawyer and alot of money he could be let off or go to prison and be on parole in 10 years. We know Bin Laden has alot of money.
