I now have both a monitor (20" Samsung) and a small TV in my office on which I occasionally but daily, watch business related news. In my remote location I have only satellite TV programming through Dish, no broadcast. If I could eliminate the TV set there would be more desk room.

I'm insecure in my selections and would appreciate review and/or better suggestions for my purpose. I'd like to be able to continue working on the computer while watching programming in a separate window, nothing intense as regards the TV material. My Dish receiver is remote and channels are controlled by an RF remote for it so I don't require a fancy Tuner card for channel changing, nor a remote control. I also plan on installing another drive to enable use of it for recording Dish programs. House is wired appropriately to enable viewing the recorded material elsewhere or on the computer monitor.
