Uninstall all the ones you already have and get this:

Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package Free - This package contains the runtime components of Visual C++ Libraries needed for running applications on a PC without Visual C++ - Softpedia

THEN use Windows Update to get any applicable updates.
