First Build: Need Help!

Alright, so I decided that I would build myself my first computer the other day and purchased all new parts from Newegg (the only parts I did not purchase were a new graphics card and CD Drive as I could re-use those from my old computer).

Here is a link to all the parts I got (with links to Newegg):
Rosewill Case
2 Corsair 2GB RAM sticks
Corsair 750TX Power Supply
ASUS P7H55 Motherboard
Intel Core i5-650 Clarkdale 3.2GHz Processor
Seagate 1.5TB Hard Drive
My GPU: NVIDIA GTS 250
I also purchased a fresh copy of Windows 7 for an OS.

So I installed all the hardware into the case (following the direction of this site, the manuals, and my personal knowledge) and when I attempt to turn my computer on, it does not boot up properly. The LED light on the motherboard does in fact come on so it is getting power. What specifically happens is that, when I press the power button, the fans and power lights turn on then turn right back off almost instantly.

I have tried different combinations of unplugging things and plugging them back in to see if that would make a difference and it does not. I'm almost positive I properly installed the processor into the motherboard and the other different parts. I have also went over the cables multiple times to make sure they were plugged in correctly.

I really want to assemble the computer myself and save myself money so I would prefer not taking it to a professional. If anybody has a clue of what might be happening then any assistance would greatly be appreciated. If you have any questions that are not answered here, feel free to ask and I will respond when I am able.
