No, don't put two cheaper cards together thinking the processing power will be the equivalent to a faster card at twice the price. Cards processing power does not add up like that. You never get a one plus one equals two with the processing power. It might be something more like 1 + 1 = 1.5
The better bang for the buck is with a single card.
