Really? One beep doesnt surprise me, but its supposed to do like half a cycle then do a full boot up? Why is that?

Edit: Back to hard drives, i messed up somewhere. My main hard drive with all my programs and my OS saved on it is now NTFS, and isnt allowing me any access to it. I tried to go back into computer management and fix it, but now all the links under Administrative tools arent working. Help please.
