No, 2600K's and the motherboard you chose are dual channel setups. They use DDR3 RAM in pairs.

Socket 1366 CPU's and motherboards are triple channel. There is no overall advantage to 1366 systems.

It is not clear whether or not you have already purchased your parts. If not, I would reconsider a number of them. Let us know so the experts can put together a better build for you.
