A few thoughts: since you linked a retail package for the CPU, don't need to get the after market CPU cooler, one comes with the CPU. Ram: look to Corsair,Kingston,Adata.
That Win7 upgrade may only work if you have a XP/Vista DVD. I would look for an OEM version of Win7, it will be easier to install.
