This is the reason I wanted the discussion to end. It can offend some people, and will as this case shows.

This thread is also closed. Lain, consider this your last warning before being booted. I suggest you take everyone's advice, including my own, and lay low for a while. You just might get lucky and catch a shard of forgiveness. Although your apology was in good heart, it would have been better suited in email or PM to me instead of making hoopla about it. I do not appreciate actions that seem to try to garner public support for a cause that rivals a choie made by one of the staff.

I will state this again as well. The best place to voice opinions about this site is either a decent and well-formed email or PM to the mods or me, or in a thread posted by one of us such as the one mentioned from Toaster.

On a closing note, who cares what a person looks like. I'll take anyone so long as they are honest and caring.....I'm still single.

Being a scientist, I work with all men at my job. I put up with the stories of strip clubs and nagging wives. It's sad that when it comes right down to it, men catagorize and judge women often in the name of "fun". Thankfully, there are also men who know better than to be suckered into answering such a question unless they have a diplomatic answer, and the moderators who realize the potentially hurtful nature of that thread.

Yes, Kassia is a very attractive woman, I think that is obvious. But in choosing, you inadvertantly suggest the others don't measure up.
